“ This program changed my life. I’ve read a lot of the negative reviews and it makes sense, a lot of the people who need this program struggle with emotional regulation, and you don’t get coddled in these 10 weeks. Maybe they weren’t ready to make the big shift or to look at themselves. There was definitely moments that were triggering, that is real, but its worth it. After seeing my results, three of my friends have gone to the program. I honestly think everyone should do it. If something doesn’t resonate with you, leave it at the door and take what does.
Also, I’ve done a lot of talk therapy over the years and the individual sessions that I had and continue to have with Molly and Ilana are lightyears beyond the care that I received in the past. They remember past details that I tell them, they are very smart, and they are straight up. I feel genuinely seen and cared for. The PHD level of education really shows.”

“No other therapy has helped as much as completing the 10 week program at Clinic 308. The change is lasting. Highly recommend.”

“I want to keep this short by just saying I had a great experience. I learned a lot from the therapy group session with Ilana Kronick. I think her personality is huge and helps convey her message better than most therapists out there. She cares about what she does and it can sometime seem too forward. But if you just let go and go for the ride, it’s worth it.”

“Clinic 308 changed the way I understand myself. I will say that, although I believe everyone can benefit from this program, it isn’t for everyone (as evidenced by the huge disparity in reviews). It is true that this program is challenging and confronting. It is also true that Dr. Kronick can be blunt and intense. At the same time, the goal of this program is to teach people that despite everything they may have experienced and despite what diagnostics they may have, they possess the capacity to change the behaviours that have repeatedly caused harm to them and possibly to others.
I did the program after having an extremely out of proportion reaction to a break-up of a 1-month long relationship where I was in crisis for months. During the 10 weeks, I was forced to confront my own role in what was happening to me. The ways in which I thought I was “regulating” actually kept me stagnant in the same cycles for years and years...
Clinic 308 helped me identify these faux regulatory behaviours and replace them with actual regulation which, spoiler alert, is essentially meditation and distress tolerance. One of the reviews below mentioned that the “stare down” technique is bogus... I can definitely understand how it may seem that way but the reality is that proper emotional regulation is that: being able to tolerate the physical discomfort an emotion may cause, for long enough to identify it and sit with it until it passes.
I must admit the theory that follows the behavioural intervention is a bit reductionist. However, I personally found it extremely interesting, pertinent, and applicable. A friend did the program a year before I did and we call it “Emotional Regulation for Dummies” because the information is so digestible. And that’s the thing, this is an intensive therapy program intended to provide results in 10-weeks. Change is EXTREMELY hard! It’s a lot of work and for me, this program did a decent job at fast-tracking the process.
This program may not be for everyone. Clinic 308 teaches you to “therapize” yourself. If you’re someone who prefers regular weekly talk therapy with no end-date, then this program likely won’t fit your needs. It is for people who want to confront themsleves, change their maladaptive behaviours, and not be in therapy for their entire lives.”

“I was introduced to this clinic and this type of therapy through my psychologist. Although intense, the group session, followed by the private sessions, truly helped me understand why I think the way I do and why I react the way I do. As the youngest person in my group (19), I was also able to understand the different paths life can take you on if you stay in your animal state.
I’m writing this about 3 months after the end of the course, and I still use the knowledge that was taught to me through this therapy everyday.
If you are open to a new perspective... I would definitely recommend this therapy.”

“The 10-week program definitely changed the course of my life for the better. Dr. Kronick has a straight up no-bullshit kind of approach but also holds a lot of compassion, understanding and acceptance for the ways in which people in the group are struggling. The technique she teaches – to become more physically aware of ones emotions and in turn, learn to regulate them – has personally proven to be extremely effective so far. I have already recommended the program to all of my closest friends.”

“great program based off of progressive psychology concepts. it asks a lot of you, but it does actually offer a road to a cure, not just endless “treatment”.”

“I have been in and out of therapy my whole life and this program at the clinic (and Animal Theory) is the only thing that has given me lasting relief. It has been almost a year and while still learning and accepting where i am, this is the best I have felt in my life. I’m happy to have found Dr. Kronick in my 20’s and not later in life, but everyone dealing with excessive emotion or turmoil can benefit from the program. The ease with which I live my life now is the most noticeable difference, but I’m sure all the people in my life can attest to how settled I have become (without medication!)
The program is extremely difficult and is very consuming. You have to be ready to make the change and maintain those changes. This is not something that will work if you do it halfway.”

“I did the group therapy program and it genuinely helped me and changed the direction of my life.
I had been in traditional therapy for 15 years and while I would leave those appointments feeling better as a result of various therapists validating what I chose to share, the feeling always faded.
At Clinic 308, you learn to develop skills you need to help yourself.
That being said, you may not leave feeling “better” immediately (or ever, though I often left feeling better than I did when I got there and I can now sustain feeling “neutral” as a result of what I learned. Anyone who has struggled with intense sadness knows there is value in that). I would say you see yourself as a “work in progress,” upon joining the group, and may be better suited to people who have explored their life experiences in therapy beforehand but lack the practical skills they need to overcome their emotions, regardless of external circumstances.
Another thing I liked is that the therapy sessions are finite; the therapists don’t want you to depend on them forever. The money you spend on the sessions buys you something that will last, rather than temporary relief (which you pay for endlessly).
Overall it was excellent, though if you are not ready to examine tools to use when your emotions are intense and you feel compelled to repeatedly examine the narrative of your life experiences you may not find it helpful.
As with anything, there will be information that resonates with you and information that doesn’t; it’s important to be open-minded and take away what feels right for you.
If you’re ready to listen and consider a new perspective, it could really help and make a difference in your life, as it did in mine.”

“I did the 10 week program at my lowest point. I was fed up of feely sorry for myself. It was REALLY hard, but I knew that I was going to spiral deeper. Ilana and Serena were wonderful. Straight to the point and simple really. The me before the 10 week program and the me after was amazing. Ask anyone who knows me. It was completely transforming.”

“A very straightforward way for helping individuals with mental health issues. It is indeed a lot of work, and just like any other approaches to therapy, it won’t work unless YOU DO the work. Just because you’re not convinced it’s that simple, it doesn’t mean it’s not effective. And yes, maybe it’s not for everyone and yes it might take more time for some but that’s every other theory out there.”

“Dr. Ilana Kronick! I cannot recommend my psychologist highly enough. Working with them has been the best investment I have ever made in myself and my well-being.
For many years, beginning in 2008, I searched for the right psychologist. Although I met several professionals along the way, I never experienced the kind of transformation I was hoping for. Everything changed in 2025 when I was introduced to this psychologist and their approach using Animal Theory.
The impact has been truly life-changing. They helped me understand and overcome my emotional imbalance in a way that finally made sense to me. My perspective on life has completely changed. I feel more balanced, more confident, and more at peace with myself than I ever thought possible.
The biggest difference is that I now feel like I am truly living. Before, I was simply existing. Since beginning this journey, my life has continued to improve, and I see the world through a much healthier and more positive lens.
I am deeply grateful for the knowledge, guidance, and support I have received. If you are looking for someone who can genuinely help you create lasting positive change in your life, I wholeheartedly recommend this psychologist.”

“This program was seriously one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself, and I’m incredibly grateful for where I am today because of it. It really worked for me.
Ilana’s 10-week DBT-based therapy program completely changed the way I understand myself. It wasn’t easy, and I had to put in the work and be open to new ways of thinking, but it was absolutely worth it.
For the first time, I understood why I reacted the way I did, and I learned what to do about it. Instead of immediately reacting to every emotion, I learned how to “stare it down” and let it pass. Every week brought so many “aha” moments, and Ilana guided us through each concept in a way that just made sense.
Through her real-life examples and the group format, Ilana created a space where I felt seen and heard. She took the time to listen and helped us see things from a different perspective. Her approach is unique and unlike any therapy I’ve experienced before.
Years later, I still use the tools I learned almost every day. If you’re thinking about taking this program, I honestly can’t recommend it enough.”

“During one of the darkest periods of my life, my psychiatrist diagnosed me with BPD and recommended that I join the program at Clinic 308. At first, I was completely against it. I only wanted medication or one-on-one therapy because I believed that group therapy could never address my personal struggles.
After thinking about it for a long time, I decided to give the program a chance.
It has been two years now, and although I’ve forgotten many of the specific details from the sessions, what I learned there has stayed with me every single day. I finally understood why I am the way I am. I learned how to make peace with my parents and began to understand the underlying reasons behind people’s emotions and behaviors. I realized that when others project their anger, blame, or negativity onto me, it often comes from their own unresolved struggles rather than my worth as a person.
Through the weekly group sessions and individual conversations, I learned to understand my younger self, forgive myself, and recognize my own value. Clinic 308 was there for me, patiently helping me pick up the pieces of my life, one step at a time.
I genuinely hope that more people can have access to this kind of help. In fact, I believe every parent should learn these skills before becoming a parent. Emotional intelligence and psychological understanding should be taught just as seriously as any other life skill. By understanding ourselves better, we can raise healthier and happier children.
Thank you, Clinic 308, for helping me find myself again. it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”

“Firstly, I’d like to address the negative reviews. This program isn’t for everyone. It’s for the people who genuinely want to change their life. No, you will not be coddled, yes, you will be uncomfortable, yes you will be challenged head on and confronted with your own bullshit in a way that at times might feel harsh. But if you are someone who genuinely wants to feel different in your life. You have to go all in! This place is truly life changing. I’ve done every single kind of therapy under the sun and this is the only place that actually made an impact on my life. I’ve been struggled with suicidal ideation for most of my life. And that I can honestly say, after this program, I have a much better handle on it. I’m 100% sure those who wrote the 1 star reviews did not make it through the whole program. We had a few people leave in my group around the 3 and 4th week and said similar things on their way out. But those who stayed saw insane improvements. And I’m so proud of them. Obviously a 10 week program isn’t going to cure you, but you will be in a much better place to handle everything life throws at you.
FYI, I successfully weened myself off my anti anxiety medication after about 6 months. And haven’t touched them in almost 3 years. I plan on staying off them!”

“I personally found this to be a valuable therapy program and a worthwhile addition to my overall therapeutic journey. Its primary focus is emotional regulation, and it helped me better understand the connection between my emotions and my behaviours. It also encouraged me to become more aware of my physical and emotional state, allowing me to make more intentional choices rather than simply reacting automatically.
Like any therapeutic approach, however, it may not a complete solution for your mental health depending on where you are in your life. I believe in developing a range of tools and finding different forms of support for different individual needs.
That said, this program is excellent for learning how to process and regulate emotions, understanding how emotions influence both ourselves and others, and developing a greater sense of inner peace. It touches, but does not focus on processing past experiences, helping someone feel deeply seen and understood as an individual, or exploring identity and purpose. Instead, it offers a useful foundation from which those aspects of healing can later be explored, perhaps with other professionals.
I give the program five stars because I believe it does an excellent job of what it is intended to do: emotional regulation. I noticed many polarized opinions in the reviews and wanted to offer a middle ground perspective. I personally appreciate Dr.Ilana’s approach because I value respecting facts and understanding the world as it is. I recognize that her communication style may not appeal to everyone, but if you appreciate a bit of dark humour and prefer a therapeutic environment that does not feel overly sterile or clinical, it may be right up your alley. ”

“I had both individual and group therapy at Clinic 308, and I’m really grateful for the experience. Before starting therapy, I didn’t always understand why I reacted the way I did. Through the sessions, I learned how to better manage my emotions, recognize my triggers, and think before reacting. I also realized how my emotions, when they become too overwhelming, can affect the people I care about.
The therapists made me feel supported and never judged. I always felt like I was in a safe place where I could learn and grow.
I truly recommend Clinic 308 to anyone who wants to work on themselves, improve their mental health, or simply become a better version of themselves. Going to therapy was one of the best things I did for myself.”

“Do consider this group if you’re ready to put in the work and make real change. Do consider this group if you are ready to accept the hard truths about your emotions. Don’t consider this group if you’re expecting everyone else around you to adjust themselves to your “disorders”. Don’t consider this group if you expect to be coddled by your therapist.
Ilana and Molly are tough in the sense that they really push you out of your comfort zone and give you deep perspective that you might otherwise not be willing to accept.
This group therapy was challenging yet enlightening. I’ve met with a few other therapists before coming to Clinic 308 and was underwhelmed by how they all reinforced my victimhood. This therapy empowers you to take charge of your emotions, your reactions, your ANIMAL, and to radically accept your past and present.
I’ve recommended countless people to this group and they all shared similar feedback: this one hits different. Yes it’s expensive, but so are most other group therapies. Invest in yourself. Yes it’s challenging, but so is personal growth and transformation.
Stop procrastinating and DO it. You’re WORTHY.”

“This therapy has truly changed my life. I am proud to say that I no longer have depression, an eating disorder or generalized anxiety, and this means a lot as doctors and psychiatrists had deemed my depression and suicidal thoughts untreatable. They told me that I would feel this way everyday for the rest of my life (which is completely false). The psychologist in this clinique saved my life. The work is hard and quite tiring, but completely worth it. I must admit that it’s intense, but its intensity is needed, and I wouldn’t change a thing about this therapy. I have now stoped taking my antidepressant, and I feel better than I ever have. I never thought true happiness and content was possible for me, and they showed me that it is possible for everyone. It’s been a year now, and I feel like I’m only getting better. I don’t even feel the need for therapy! I use the skills they taught me everyday, and my perception on life has change in the best way possible. If you or someone close to you is dealing with mental health issues of any sort, this os the place to be.”

“Highly, highly recommend this program. I had been in and out of therapy for close to eight years, and the ten-week program is what finally did the trick for me. Both Dr. Kronick and Dr. Moroz have been a major help in me finally being able to manage my emotions. While not always easy, I definitely would not be in the mental space that I am today without this clinic. Come prepared to put in the work and you will walk out as a very different person… I would recommend this program to EVERYONE.”

“This program is amazing & life changing. If you’re willing to do the work, and really invest in yourself, it is worth it. There were many times during the program where I wanted to quit or thought it was just not for me, however, this is how my personality fights against me. I wanted to yell at Ilana at times, but looking back now, she was right about something I was too stubborn to admit to myself. The concepts learned really help me make significant breakthroughs in regulating my emotions, my relationships with others, and work relationships. If you are willing to put in the work, day in and day out, it will work for you.
It’s been 8 months since I’ve done the program and life has been so much calmer, stress free & liberating. Knowing what I know now, and how to take experiences and life at face value, and not be governed by my emotional reactions is a true blessing.
I recommend this program to everyone I meet who feels controlled by their emotional reactions. ”

“This clinic saved me from “myself” or as Dr. Kronick would say, from my “ANIMAL”. I went into this journey wanting to help myself but didn’t know what to expect... The team exceeded my expectations! From the very first day I knew they meant business. Right off the bat, there is no sugar coating the process. The team warns you that it will be intense and you will need to apply yourself. With time, you will see both their methods & tools can help you. Dr. Kronick is a wonderful human being who has changed my life. Dr. Moroz is attentive and guides you through the journey as well, just an all around great person. As for Dr.Yakobov, she was with me every step of the way, I have no words, she is amazing. I attended both the group & individual sessions. I walked into this place alone, faced with a group of complete strangers & walked out with friends and people I know I can talk to or come for help in my time of need. I highly recommend this place. HIGHLY!!!!!!!!!”

“To say that the psychologists working here are absolute miracle workers would be an understatement. They’ve been gifted with unique talents to understand human emotions and apply their wisdom with all of the lucky souls to enter their presence. Their emotional regulation group therapy program is something I would and have recommended to EVERYONE and anyone. A breath of fresh air, a dose of rationality, validation and the medicine that heal’s the soul: learning how to let go of your unhealthy defence mechanisms. I will advocate for Clinic 308, these psychologists and their group therapy program, for anyone suffering or wondering how they could feel better in their lives. Group or an individual session with Molly Moroz and/or Ilana Kronick is a gift to yourself. Do it!”
