“I had both individual and group therapy at Clinic 308, and I’m really grateful for the experience. Before starting therapy, I didn’t always understand why I reacted the way I did. Through the sessions, I learned how to better manage my emotions, recognize my triggers, and think before reacting. I also realized how my emotions, when they become too overwhelming, can affect the people I care about.
The therapists made me feel supported and never judged. I always felt like I was in a safe place where I could learn and grow.
I truly recommend Clinic 308 to anyone who wants to work on themselves, improve their mental health, or simply become a better version of themselves. Going to therapy was one of the best things I did for myself.”

“I want to keep this short by just saying I had a great experience. I learned a lot from the therapy group session with Ilana Kronick. I think her personality is huge and helps convey her message better than most therapists out there. She cares about what she does and it can sometime seem too forward. But if you just let go and go for the ride, it’s worth it.”

“I did the group therapy program and it genuinely helped me and changed the direction of my life.
I had been in traditional therapy for 15 years and while I would leave those appointments feeling better as a result of various therapists validating what I chose to share, the feeling always faded.
At Clinic 308, you learn to develop skills you need to help yourself.
That being said, you may not leave feeling “better” immediately (or ever, though I often left feeling better than I did when I got there and I can now sustain feeling “neutral” as a result of what I learned. Anyone who has struggled with intense sadness knows there is value in that). I would say you see yourself as a “work in progress,” upon joining the group, and may be better suited to people who have explored their life experiences in therapy beforehand but lack the practical skills they need to overcome their emotions, regardless of external circumstances.
Another thing I liked is that the therapy sessions are finite; the therapists don’t want you to depend on them forever. The money you spend on the sessions buys you something that will last, rather than temporary relief (which you pay for endlessly).
Overall it was excellent, though if you are not ready to examine tools to use when your emotions are intense and you feel compelled to repeatedly examine the narrative of your life experiences you may not find it helpful.
As with anything, there will be information that resonates with you and information that doesn’t; it’s important to be open-minded and take away what feels right for you.
If you’re ready to listen and consider a new perspective, it could really help and make a difference in your life, as it did in mine.”

“I have been in and out of therapy my whole life and this program at the clinic (and Animal Theory) is the only thing that has given me lasting relief. It has been almost a year and while still learning and accepting where i am, this is the best I have felt in my life. I’m happy to have found Dr. Kronick in my 20’s and not later in life, but everyone dealing with excessive emotion or turmoil can benefit from the program. The ease with which I live my life now is the most noticeable difference, but I’m sure all the people in my life can attest to how settled I have become (without medication!)
The program is extremely difficult and is very consuming. You have to be ready to make the change and maintain those changes. This is not something that will work if you do it halfway.”
