ILANA KRONICK, Ph.D., Director & Clinical Psychologist

Ilana Kronick, clinical psychologist, is founder and director of CLINIC 308. She is the psychologist in the Transitional Day Program at the MUHC and is an assistant teaching professor at the MUHC, for the training of Ph.D. interns and psychiatric residents. She earned her Ph.D. at McGill University in Clinical Psychology in 2010 and has two undergraduate degrees from McGill, in Psychology and in Philosophy. She has been conducting group therapy for emotional regulation since 2011.

MOLLY MOROZ, Ph.D., Associate Director & Clinical Psychologist

Molly Moroz, clinical psychologist, is associate director of CLINIC 308. She is a psychologist at the Adult Psychiatry Day Treatment Program at the Jewish General Hospital. She specializes in emotional regulation. She earned her Ph.D. at McGill University.

ESTHER (ESPHIRE) YAKOBOV, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist

Esther Yakobov, psychologist, earned her Ph.D. at McGill University. She is a psychologist at the Allan Memorial Institute. She is a researcher and a clinician, and has experience working with populations with chronic pain, post TBI symptoms, functional neurological disorders and is trained in emotional regulation.

MEGAN KNOLL, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist & Coordinator 

Megan Knoll, psychologist, earned her Ph.D. at McGill University and is a registered psychologist with the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec. Her doctoral research focused on how to best move research into clinical practice. Clinically, Megan specializes in emotion regulation and emotional eating.

AMANDA RAVARY, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist

Amanda Ravary earned her Ph.D. at McGill University. Her doctoral research focuses on the implicit social cognitive patterns that underlie body image insecurity. She has received clinical training from various hospital settings, including the Allan Memorial Institute and the Douglas Mental Health Institute. She is trained and is specializing in emotion regulation.

SERENA MENNITTO, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist

Serena Mennitto earned her Ph.D. at McGill University. She is a psychologist in the Adult Psychiatry Day Treatment Program at the Jewish General Hospital. Additionally , she has trained at various clinics at the MUHC (Addictions Unit, Consultation-Liaison Service, Mood Disorders Program). She specializes in emotion regulation.

LOUISIA STARNINO, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist

Louisia Starnino is a registered psychologist with the Ordre des psychologues du Quebec. She earned her Ph.D. at UQAM. She primarily works with populations with chronic pain, childhood trauma, grief, and interpersonal struggles. She specializes in emotional regulation and practices in both French and English.

Protection des renseignements personnels

Le 22 septembre 2022, la loi 25 concernant la protection des renseignements personnels commencera graduellement à entrer en vigueur, et ce, sur une période de 3 ans. Cette loi touche notamment les normes de pratiques des professionnels de la santé, dont font partie les psychologues.

Comme psychologue et travailleuse autonome, j'aurai désormais les responsabilités suivantes au sein de la clinique:

  • Appliquer la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels 

  • Répondre aux demandes relatives aux renseignements personnels (ex. accès, rectification, cession de diffusion, etc.)

  • Mettre en place des règles de gouvernance relatives aux renseignements personnels

  • Tenir des registres de communication des renseignements personnels

  • Aviser la Commission d’accès à l’information de tout incident de confidentialité impliquant des renseignements personnels

  • Tenir un registre des incidents de confidentialité impliquant des renseignements personnels

D'autres mesures seront aussi à mettre en place d'ici 2024: de plus amples informations suivront.
