10-WEEK THERAPY PROGRAM
10 weeks of DBT-based emotional reduction and psychological management
Therapy for all individuals looking to better manage their emotions
Diagnosis NOT required
Specifically, we provide interventions for:
Disruptive mood shifts (frequent emotional reactivity)
Difficulty regulating anger, shame, disgust, sadness and/or fear
Urges to relieve anxiety (aggressive outbursts, retreat and isolation, self-harm, etc.)
Habits and coping strategies to “feel better” (drug use, eating and starvation tendencies, impulse shopping, endless social media/scrolling, sex addiction, chaotic relationships, perfectionism, etc.)
Anyone who has received a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder, BiPolar Disorder, Mood Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Autism, ADHD, PTSD, etc.
Trauma (acute, generational, and generalized)
10-WEEK THERAPY OPTIONS:

1 opening session
1 hour and 50 minutes of group therapy, once a week, for 10 weeks
50 minutes of individual therapy, once a week, for 10 weeks

50 minutes of individual therapy for 10 weeks

Following the program, booster sessions are recommended on a as-needed basis
Therapeutic interventions draw from the evidence-based models of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, as well as theoretical models of Attachment Theory and Evolutionary Theory
EVIDENCE-BASED RESEARCH INITIATIVES
Clinic 308 conducts research for the scientific advancement of emotional awareness and understanding. To this end, we invite clinic clients to fill out a survey before the program and at the end of the program, for which compensation is provided. Participation is greatly appreciated.
